Today I want to tell you something about Madrid, Spain. Where is worth to go, what you need to see or best places to accomodation? All of this and more you can find in this post.
Moje rozhodnutie ísť do Madridu bolo spontánne. Presvedčili ma lacnejšie letenky a fotky ktoré som videla. To ako som sa rozhodla neľutujem, aj keď môj prvý plán bola Barcelona. No verím, že aj tam sa raz dostanem.
Do Madridu sme išli letecky spoločnosťou Ryanair. Spiatočná letenka ma vyšla približne 75€. Ubytovanie som hľadala cez booking.com a to som ani netušila ako dobre som vybrala. Bývali sme v Hostely Cibeles. Tento Hostel má hlavné sídlo a potom vedľajšie izby mimo hlavnej budovy. My sme bývali práve v jednej z nich. Hostel zariadený tak klasicky, dve postele a kúpeľňa na izbe, nám ako štandard stačili. Naša izba sa nachádzala 5minút pešo od hlavnej ulice Gran Via, takže sme v podstate bývali v centre Madridu. Ubytujúci nám hneď vysvetlil kam sa oplatí ísť a všetky miesta na mape nám zakrúžkoval.
My decision to go to Madrid was spontaneous. They convinced me more low fares and photos that I saw. That's how I decided not regret, although my first plan was Barcelona. But I believe that once I get there.
We went to Madrid with Ryanair. Return air ticket cost around € 75. I was looking for accommodation through booking.com and I had no idea how well I chose. We stayed at the hostel Cibeles. The hostel has its headquarters, and then the next room outside the main building. We used to be just one of them. Hostel furnished as a classic, two beds and a bathroom in the room, we were able as standard. Our room was situated five minutes walk from the main street Gran Via, so we basically lived in the center of Madrid. Landlord explain us where it worths to go and all the places on the map we circled.
Onedlho sme pochopili, že v Madride sa nenachádza jedno "staré námestie" ale že je tam mnoho "plaza de ..." Na nich nájdete od fontán, cez múzeá a parky všetko. Nové i staré budovy, krásne miesta. Španieli sú priateľský a nemajú problém vám poradiť aj keď nevedia ani slovo anglicky. Často na námestí nájdete šípky ktoré vás dovedú k ďalšej.
Soon we understood that Madrid is not just one "old square" but there's a lot of "Plaza de ..." In them you will find the fountains, museums and parks through everything. Both new and old buildings, beautiful places. Spanish people are friendly and have no problem to help you even if they do not know a good English. In Square area you will find arrows that will lead you to the next.
V Madride sa oplatí prejsť tieto plazy, ale najviac sa mi páčilo Temple of Debod kde sa oplatí ísť keď svitá, alebo keď zapadá slnko. V tomto komplexe cez deň môžte ísť dnu do niektorých častí kde sa premietajú na stenu obrazy.
In Madrid, you must to go through these Plaza´s, but I liked the Temple of Debod where it worths to go when sun goes out, or when the sunset is. In this complex during the day you can go in to some parts where the projected image on the wall.
Oplatí sa využiť vstupy do niektorých múzeií, ktoré sú medzi 18:00 až 20:00 zdarma. My sme boli v Museo del Prado, keďže som umelec a obrazy ma nadchli. Prišli sme tam asi 17:30 a rad bol myslím, už pri celom múzeu, ale nás to neodradilo vyčkať. Hneď ako odbije 18:00 otvoria a každému dávajú lístok zdarma. Rad ktorý je nekonečne dlhý zmizne do pár minút. Veľmi rýchlo sme sa dostali dnu a to sme teda ani nečakali. Múzeum je nádherné a obrovské. Ak ho chcete prejsť celé určite potrebujete viac času ako jeden večer.
Ak neviete kam by ste ešte zašli prechádzajte sa uličkami a jednoducho sa niekam dostanete. My sme takto prešli cez všetky plazy až po železničnú stanicu, ktorá vnútri pripomína tak trocha botanickú záhradu.
It helps to use entrances to some museums that are between 18:00 to 8:00 p.m. free. We were in the Museo del Prado, as I am an artist and painting has enthused. We arrived there around 17:30 and was there a lot of people that waiting for entrance, but it did not deter us wait. As soon as the clock strikes 18 o'clock open and give everyone a free ticket. Like who it is infinitely long disapper in a few minutes. Very quickly we got in and that we are therefore not expect. The museum is beautiful and huge. If you want to go the whole time we need more than one night.
If you do not know where you'd even gone to navigate the streets and easy to get anywhere. We are thus passed through all the plaza ´s to the railway station, within which reminds somewhat of a botanical garden.
Nakoniec, musím zhodnotiť, že Madrid je krásny, oplatí sa zájsť večer niekde na pivo či víno a nájdete tam plno obchodov a kaviarni ktoré si obľúbite. My sme našli jednu v ktorej boli super ceny, dobré jedlo i káva. Dokonca sme sa dozvedeli že čašníčka ma rodinu na Slovensku čo nás prekvapilo. Madrid je úchvatný aj pre tých ktorý niesu fanúšikmi futbalu, to vám môžem zaručiť. A hlavne čo ma naučilo fotografovanie, treba pozerať vyššie ako do výkladov obchodov.
Finally, I have to evaluate that Madrid is beautiful, it pays to go somewhere in the evening for a beer or wine and you'll find a lot of shops and cafés you'll love. We found one which was great prices, good food and coffee. We even heard that the waitress has family in Slovakia, which surprised us. Madrid is fascinating even for those who don´t be soccer fans, that I can guarantee. And especially what taught me photography, to be seen higher than in shop windows.
